I probably don't need to remind most people of this, but sometimes we lose sight of this reality. Staying grounded is crucial, meaning it's important to be as informed as possible about what's happening on our planet and in our nation. However, there's another realm we share as earthbound beings during our time here, and that's space. Like many children, one of my earliest toy requests was a telescope. Of course, I had the usual toys like dolls, car racing sets, PC or video games, and beyond, but I've always been fascinated by the orbiting planets and the vast expanse of space within the Milky Way galaxy. How have we, as Earth's inhabitants, interacted with space, and what might occur in the future, considering the past and present actions of leaders not just in the United States but globally?
